Our mission is to support "shop local" by providing easy access to beautiful handcrafted products, year round, while supporting vendors with our centralized approach.
How Do I Become A vendor
If you are interested in becoming a vendor with the Uptown Emporium, please email or call us and we will send you a sign up sheet.
What is your return Policy?
Within 14 days of purchase, if the item has not been used, orders can be returned for store credit.
If item is defective, the vendor will be contacted and we will try to resolve the matter on your behalf.
No returns on food items.
Where do your products come from?
We retail items created by local artisans and artists based in Northern Canada.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer local delivery, in-store pickup, as well as national and international shipping.
How does in store pickup work?
Once you place your order online or over the phone, we will pack your purchase and alert you via e-mail when your order is ready. You are then able to come during our store hours to pick-up your item.
How does Local Delivery work?
There is a $5 local delivery fee within 15km of Flin Flon's Main Street. You should receive your item within 1-3 business days from your order. Please provide detailed drop off instructions.
Why are some items not available to be shipped?
In rare cases, withholding shipping for certain products is part of our agreement made with vendors. This can be due to limitations in production, or it is the wish of the vendor to keep products local.
What payment methods are available?
Online we accept all major credit cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Interac Debit can be taken over the phone. We also accept cash for in-person sales.
